
Shady Pines Festival 2025 – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket (whether full price, discounted, or complimentary) to attend Shady Pines Festival 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Rain or Shine: The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. All attendees accept the risk of inclement weather and are encouraged to plan accordingly.
Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation, delay, or shortened schedule due to forces beyond our control—including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, or public health emergencies—refunds will not be issued.
Lineup Subject to Change: All scheduled performers and presenters are confirmed to appear. However, the lineup is subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be issued due to artist or schedule changes.
No Refunds: All ticket sales are final.
Parking Pass Required: All vehicles parking on-site must have a valid parking pass.
Photo/Video Release: By attending, you grant Shady Pines Festival and its partners the right to capture and use your likeness in any festival-related photography, videography, or promotional materials, with no compensation required.
Assumption of Risk: Festival attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including potential personal injury or property loss. Shady Pines Festival organizers, staff, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred on-site, before, during, or after the event.
Revocable License: Each ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be refused or revoked at the sole discretion of Shady Pines Festival staff. If refused prior to entry, the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Rules & Conduct: We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person from the festival grounds without a refund for failing to follow festival rules or any applicable laws. This includes—but is not limited to—violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.
Minors: If you bring a minor child or ward, these terms apply equally to them. Adults are responsible for the supervision and conduct of any minors in their care.
Ticket Validity: Tickets may not be resold. Entry will only be granted to valid, unused tickets. Tickets already scanned or flagged as invalid will not be honored for re-entry.

Pets: No dogs or pets of any kind are permitted on festival grounds.
Prohibited Items: Items prohibited from festival grounds include, but are not limited to, charcoal grills, fireworks, firearms, large blades, and other weapons.

Camping: Camping is only permitted in designated areas. Campers are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Open flames are prohibited.
Safe Community Commitment: We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment. Any reports of harassment, sexual misconduct, or threatening behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.
