The magic of Shady Pines Festival is that it’s a collaborative, community-built experience, and it just wouldn’t exist without your support. Thank you for respecting the following policies at SPF '25:

 

Leave No Trace

This is a Pack It In, Pack It Out event. Please bring your own trash bags and contain your garbage at your site or vehicle. We’re all responsible for keeping the land clean — let’s leave it better than we found it!

 

Kids

Children 15 and under must be with a parent or guardian within eyeshot and earshot at all times. Shady Pines Festival does not provide daycare or supervision, so please help your young ones understand and follow our policies and Code of Conduct.

 

Dogs & Pets

We love doggos very much, but the venue has a strict No Pets policy for events, and there are important safety reasons for this. Thank you for leaving your furry friends at home.

 

Alcohol

No outside alcohol is allowed onsite. But don’t worry — we're serving up a great selection of beer, cider, spirits, and tasty NA beverages at VERY affordable prices. Proceeds go directly toward paying performers and keeping this whole shebang going. Please drink responsibly!
